Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once they are placed. Flavors of Truth does not assume liability for orders once they are picked u by FedEx or UPS. We cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates and will not offer refunds for late orders.

Returns and Replacements

All juices are made to order and returns are not accepted. Flavors of Truth is not responsible for any juice that becomes too hot due to insufficient cooling or being left out too long. Customers must input their correct delivery address at checkout. Flavors of Truth is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect delivery addresses; the customer will be charged in full for any such orders.

Damaged Orders

Please provide images of the damage to [email protected] for local (Chesterfield County) and shipping orders. Our staff determines whether to issue refunds or replacements for damaged orders.
